Online Booking:

• When booking your appointment with the surgeon via MCC’s online booking system, you are entering into a direct contract with Manchester Cosmetic Centre. To make a booking you need to have the legal capacity to do so (over 18 years of age) and you should be able to accept financial responsibility for all transactions made under your name.
• When using the online system to make a booking, you are making an offer to MCC to accept your booking. Your booking is not complete or legally binding until you have made a payment of £50, and you have received a confirmation email from us.

Terms of Contact:

• Provide at least 48 hours’ notice should you wish to cancel the appointment or if you are unable to attend.
• If you need to cancel, this can be done via phone only.
• Once you have received a SMS link under the name “the London center for cosmetic Surgery” please do make a payment of £50. Please be aware that these £50 are not refundable.
• You must be the card holder or have the permission of the card holder to secure the booking and pay the £50.
• Please make sure that the information provided via phone or email is correct.
• You represent and warrant to us that you have the legal capacity to enter these Terms
• Please remember to bring with you a form of photo ID to your appointment and we recommend that you arrive at least 15 min before time so that you can complete a medical questionnaire.

We reserve:

• The right to cancel a booking, this will of course be without any liability to you. Your £50 will be automatically refunded.
• If we do feel that there is breach of contract, your appointment and treatment will be automatically canceled.
• As your contract is directly with Manchester Cosmetic Centre, any concerns or complaints that you may have in connection with your consultation should be addressed directly to the Patient coordinator who has organized your appointment immediately.

Online Booking Cancellation:

If for any reason, you cannot attend your appointment, you must cancel by calling the Patient coordinator on 0800 228 9227 and via email. All cancellations must be made at least 48 hours’ ahead of the appointment time.
